Names, contact details, account and balance info, payment history, correspondence, dispute details, legal records, tracing information, and other data needed to manage and collect a debt.
3.4. Job applicants
CVs, contact details, work history, interview notes, and right-to-work documents.

4.1. Directly from you; from your employer or our client; from public sources (e.g., registers, websites); and from partners such as tracing agents, credit reference sources, service providers, and law firms.

- Client files and debtor case records: up to 7 years after case closure (longer if needed for legal claims)
- Job applicants: 6–12 months (unless we agree to keep details longer)
